All ready for tomorrow morning's endurance ride
Jersey, shorts, socks, TWO Powerbar carbohydrate gel packets, helmet, gloves. Laid out on the couch. All I have to do in the morning is slam a Clif SHOT and some water, get dressed, and bolt. I don't think I'll actually be out long enough to justify two packets, but I want to go long enough to need one (minimum 45 minutes).






sounds like fun - well at least sweating alot anyways :)
